Queensland Rose is a Harlie

It looks like we may have found a potential 'character' for the 2008 Festival. Harlie Byrnes has been selected the Queensland Rose for 2008, and will be coming to Tralee this August. The Northern Star has the full story, and you should visit the article. Among Harlie's quotes from the item;
"When I arrive it will be like 'ladies and gentleman, here's Princess Mary'. It's like a royal visit."
"The town of Tralee goes crazy. It's like the final of Australian Idol it's that huge."
And, finally, "You're not allowed to wear the same thing more than once". Does that mean we will not see the fetching garment in the above pic?
