We are reliably informed that Karina Higgins is the 2008 Toronto Rose. However when we check out the Toronto site for the 2008 Rose information, all we find are pictures of the night, pictures of the committee and indeed pictures of the contestants. But we have no names for the pictures! And indeed the site doesn't even name the winner. Oh well. I'm sure it was a great night.
