The Offaly Express tells us that Arlene Kelly from Edenderry has be crowned the 2010 Offaly Rose. The picture shows Arleen with the 2009 Offaly Rose, Natalie McCabe. It's off to Portlaoise for the Reginal competition for Arleen.
