How did she end up in the contest? The Kilkenny People report; "A 20-year-old from the village of Dungarvan, Sinéad is a first-year nursing student at Waterford IT. She had considered entering the competition last year but “got cold feet”, and when the organisers contacted her this year she decided to take the chance."
